Our own furnished apartment for two, rented out directly by us. No agency in between. 43 m² on a quiet street, a 9-minute walk from Wiesbaden Hauptbahnhof. Supermarket close by, and Mainz is a short S-Bahn ride away. Living area with sofa and smart TV, a sleeping area with a 180 × 200 cm double bed, a kitchen with two hobs, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and kettle, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The round table for two works as a desk, and the Wi-Fi is fast enough for video calls. The rent is all-in: heating, electricity, water, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included, so no utility bills later. One-time final cleaning: €120. The city of Wiesbaden charges a visitor tax (Kurbeitrag) of €5 per adult per day, for at most 30 days per calendar year. No VAT is added. Shared washer and coin dryer in the basement. No private parking space, but free street parking nearby. Minimum stay 28 nights, max. 2 people, no pets, no smoking. Self check-in with a door code, so your arrival time is flexible.
